* Place 3-4 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breasts in a slow cooker/crock pot.
* Add water (for every 1-lb of chicken, add 1/2 cup of water) [you can also substitute chicken stock for water]
* Turn the slow cooker on the low setting and let it cook for 5-6 hours.
* Shred chicken using forks and add (1) bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
It makes very tasty shredded bbq sandwiches. EZ-PZ!
