What's next?

Well, since my Boston Celtics fell through this year, my hope rests on the arm of the newly drafted Miami Dolphins quarterback this upcoming year. (crossing fingers)

Eli Manning rocks!!

I lost all respect for Eli Manning the day he forced the Charger's hand by threatening to resign if they didn't trade him. That selfish act made a complete mockery of the draft system. John Elway did a similar act when he was originally drafted by the Baltimore Colts, and pouted his way to the Denver Broncos. JMHO

He gained my respect as with Elway when he led the Giants to two superbowl victories, as did Elway.

Lebron won an NBA title as well, but you wont catch me tipping my hat towards him anytime soon.

Even though these folks are pretty wealthy, the public scrutiny must be a pain in the butt.

It's been a long time since the Kansas City Royals have given us fans anything to cheer about.

Yay National Legue! KC still has a baseball team? (cruel, but I had to do it!)

I still remember the year he almost hit .400. He didn't miss by much though.

It's not often you see someone stay with the same team for their whole career.

Are most fans, fans for their whole lives?

I think some of them are. I get the feeling some of them have lives that are nothing but being a fan. It keeps them happy, though, and they're fun to watch!

it is fun to watch the fans, sometimes they are more interesting than the game.

Celtic fan for life. Green to the bone. But a small part of me wishes Ray Allen succeeds in Miami.

My guess is that only the most devoted fans are fans for life. Then again, that's an opinion from someone who will support a team based on something like whether I like their team colors or if I think their cheerleaders are cute (that last one is getting hard to do since they remind me of my friend's daughters and that sort of grosses me out).

If that grossed YOU out...just think of what it does for your friend's daughters! LOL!!!
