Basherville has always been in a one way lock down...no outsiders are allowed in without my approval.

Otis is only allowed to look in from the outside. He's got a lot to prove to me before he is allowed in. He's gonna have to pass the Basherville test... and one of those things is to know the difference between a horse and a cow.
