What is your favorite food?

Rare Buffalo Burger with Sharp Wisconsin Cheese on a toasted Sour Dough Roll.

Melt cheddar cheese with a few drops of milk in a skillet...then pour it over bread with some salt and pepper...YUMMY!!!

Now that sounds good, but I'd add a few bits of minced Habanero pepper to it!

That banana and peanut sandwich sounds good and kidney bean salad is always delicious. Must be getting towards breakfast time. I'm getting hungry!

I can tell you what is NOT one of my favourite foods. Fish. Who came up with this 'fish on friday' stuff diring Lent? C'mon, guys, even my wife (who's a pretty decent Catholic and all that) doesn't like fish. What's wrong with say, a T-Bone steak on Fridays? Ya know, you'd get a whole lot more converts that way. Vatican people: listen up! Some steak on friday, maybe a milkshake for holy days...you guys would have lots more people at Mass!

Since you have no Pope, I think you should be able to have a T-Bone steak.

Really, I could since I'm Episcopal (I should stop in and see what they're up to these days). I'll bet the Archbishop of Canterbury eats steak on Friday. However, since my wife is Catholic (and probably my ticket through the pearly gates because I'm not the most devout person in the neighborhood) I do the Lent thing because it makes her happy and it gives the priests some hope I'll convert someday (I think the Vatican gives extra credit and a toaster if you can convert a lazy Protestant!) You have a good point, though. No Pope, no fish on Friday. Time to hit the Steakhouse!

Didn't 'they' say a few years ago that it WAS ok to eat meat on Friday? I had forgotten about that, until my Dad mentioned it today...
