Hey! I bet one of the makeup artist on 'Face Off' can help you out! Do you ever watch that show? It's on the SyFy channel. I think that's the ONLY show I watch on SyFy.

Say, that 'Face Off' is a good idea. They could turn me into one of those macho blue guys they showed in the 'Avatar' movie!

Or...go and sneak up on Stripes and scare him...he'll spray and you'll hold your breath until you turn blue!!!

Um, I think I'd be smarter to stick with the 'Faceoff' idea!!

That reminds me of a couple of more of my favourite TV characters, Mr. Lucky (show of the same name 1959-60) & his sidekick, Andamo (Ross Martin, later Artemis Gordon in 'Wild, Wild West).

I've never heard of that show...but, I did hear of The Wild, Wild West.

Some of these shows are from back in the 60's. We rode horses to school back then, too!

Off topic....I don't know what the heck is wrong with the chat box...there's no place to type in comments. Guess we will have to blame Stripes for that as well.

Nope. Even Stripes can't goof up software like that. Computer Gremlins, I suspect. Somehow or somewhere, someone tried to "improve" something and it didn't work.

I just posted in the chat.  It seems that we have to click on 'Back to Chat' to type our comments. Then go to 'Archive' to read them. Or the other way around. I think the ObamaCare team was working on it.

Well, then it will be fixed in no time! I think I'll go to the bookstore today and indulge in some cheesecake, coffee and comics with my wife (who will be reading art journals since she doesn't appreciate my comics). By the time we get back, it'll normal again!

I have added a new character to my list of favourites. Mr. Pickles, a friendly and happy Border Collie owned by a dysfunctional, mentally challenged farm family. Unbeknownst to the family, Mr. Pickles is also a demon dog who runs a private Hell under his dog house. Now that's the type of guard dog I'd like to have!

The Basherville Beagle better take note...

The Beagle has a good heart. He's immune to the demon powers of Mr. Pickles!

I saw that Alan Young, "Wilbur" in "Mr. Ed" died the other day. I think he was the last of the cast left. Ed the horse (aka Bamboo Harvester) apparently was eunthanized in either '70 or '79. The Studebaker car company, which sponsored the show, was pretty much dead in the 60's, before the show even ended, when people decided that a car company promoting a talking horse show might not be making the best cars to get around in.

What about, 'My Mother The Car'?

The show ran from '65 to '66. In 1966, it was euthanized. The voice of the car, Ann Southern, died in 2001. The car, a customized 1928 Porter, is still alive and was thought to be in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, as of 2015. I think most of the cast, aside from the car's voice, are still stumbling about somewhere. In all kindness, they should probably be put down, too, for their own good as well as ours. Aw, what the heck, let's just euthanize all the people in Gollywood! Who'd notice or really care?

I like the family guy show. I think stew is one of the characters.
