Now I know on My3Cents, there would be a 4-hour debate on the true definition of BBQ. However, this is a quick & easy slow cooker/crock pot recipe, so keep quiet.

* Place 3-4 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breasts in a slow cooker/crock pot.
* Add water (for every 1-lb of chicken, add 1/2 cup of water) [you can also substitute chicken stock for water]
* Turn the slow cooker on the low setting and let it cook for 5-6 hours.

A shake and a half vanilla extract
Smidgen salt
Quarter cup swerve confectioners
Quarter cup cocoa

Whip cream until it ribbons
Fold in the other ingredients
Whip again but not too long or you’ll have chocolate butter

Macaroni & Tuna casserole:

* Macaroni & Cheese (2-boxes)
* 1-can of tuna (in water)
* Milk (1/2 cup)
* Butter (1/4 stick)
* 1-can of peas (drained)
