That's not my fault! The guy has a husky that loves Southern Comfort (or just about any type of alcohol). I'm serious. The fool dog drinks anything it can get to and later barfs (and it releases copious amounts of foul gas emissions, too!) I think it has a mental problem. Or maybe it misses the Great White North where everyone drinks to excess and then goes out and plays in the snow?

Poor doggy...everyone blames the dog.

Aw, we aren't blaming it. In fact, we encourage it! The dog makes the funniest sounds when it's loaded!

No one ever blames those Evil Cats! And we all know they are ALL guilty ALL the time!

Cats don't drink. Their best work is done when they are coldly, calculatingly sober!

I thought they were always under the influence. The way they climb walls, jump and miss their targets, snarl at things that aren't even there...sounds drunk to me!!!

Nope, that's just grade "A" catnip!

Quick Summer Drink:
1 shot pineapple juice
1 shot orange juice
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 shot banana liqueur
1 shot Blue Curacao liqueur
1 shot creme de mint
2 shots Barcardi 151 rum

serve over crushed ice.
drink.
repeat until you feel relief from the heat or just don't care what the temperature is.

Not really a recipe, but a friend of mine just sent over some Ostrich chili and meatballs. He ordered the ground Ostrich from some farm in Georgia. It's pretty good stuff and lean. Doesn't taste gamey at all. So, if you get a chance, eat Ostrich!

Try some stuffed Ostrich neck the next time...the cut it up and put it on hotdog buns.

Naw, that's too adventurous for me! Those necks are sort rough looking, too. In chili or something, you can't really tell what's in it!

I just prefer pizza!

Pizza is one of those universally good foods that everyone likes!

I'm frying a potato tonight...with some Miracle Whip on the side for dippin'.... YUMMY!

Don't you add a special "Basher" sauce with that!!

This is good!  I sort of remember that song being played on some of the D.C. area rock stations.  We loved it!  No way were we going to be eating rice cakes, drinking ugly green health shakes, etc.  Beer, Brats and Twinkies!  Breakfast of Champions!
