Good news for people who dislike Penguins and NHL advertisers (who want as many games as possible): Sharks win and that makes the series 2-1 Pittsburgh. Good. I don't like sweeps.

This could be the Stanley Cup for Pittsburgh. I driving out of the city this evening. I am glad I am watching it on TV at home! The traffic is a mess and it is going to get worse! The private parking lots have doubled their prices for tonight (price gouging - an American tradtion!)

My nephew and his son is at the game tonight...so, I guess I'll HAVE to cheer on Spitsburg because it would be something for them to win while he has his son there with him.

San Jose still has a lot of fight left in them. Yeah, it would have been nice if the Penguins took it last night, but the Sharks were hot. A few fun fights, though. I never saw the last period. I got sleepy at the end of 2. I have some friends in San jose that are all juiced about the Sharks coming back, so I made a small wager with them. Now I hope the Penguins win because tech types always get ticked when they lose a bet!

I was pretty happy! I bet against the Penguins in game 5 and won a couple of bucks and then switched sides back to the Pens in game six and won again! They played really well, though, considering that it was looking dicey in the late season whether they'd even make the playoffs!

Well, here it is 2017. I went for the Capitals in their games against the Penguins. Lost. Again. My wife is happy since she's a Pittsburgh native. Me, I have been waiting for the Caps to win since I was a youngster in the D.C. area over 45 years ago. And the stupid !%$#!*@% haven't won a Stanley Cup yet!!!
